Game Industry, a British game industry media, reported on the 7th (local time) that the company’s lineup for the game show Gamescom 2022, scheduled to be held in Cologne Messe, Germany in August, was unveiled to the Gamescom Secretariat.
While more than 500 companies applied to participate in Gamescom 2022, large game companies such as Microsoft Xbox, Ubisoft, 2K Games, Bandai Namco, Tencent, Sega, and Warner Bros.
In addition, major Chinese game companies such as Tencent’s new publishing label Level Infinite, Mihoyo, and Netis Games will also participate in Gamescom 2022.
In addition, Krafton, a domestic game company, will set up a booth at Gamescom 2022 and work with European users. Neowiz will set up its own booth in the entertainment field. Xsolado, a payment solution company, will be located at Gamescom 2022.
In addition to Samsung, major global IT companies such as Amazon Web Services, AMD, TikTok, and BenQ were also listed as participating in Gamescom 2022.
On the other hand, some major game companies such as Nintendo, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Electronic Arts will not participate in Gamescom 2022.
