[오토트리뷴=최현진 기자] Special specs of the Genesis GV80 have been spotted in the Middle East.

Genesis officially announced ‘Genesis One of One’, a dedicated organization for high-end custom production in Dubai. The first models to which the One of One program will be applied are the large sedan G90 and medium SUV GV80. In particular, the GV80 will be released as a limited edition model for 20 units under the ‘Twilight’ name.

The exterior of the ‘GV80 Twilight’ posted on the Internet community makes the most of its unique sense of luxury. The two-tone combination of pearly blue color and black color that starts from the front ridge grill and moves along the belt line attracts attention. A thin orange line runs parallel to the two-tone border to give a point.

Chrome is applied to the bumper and side garnish, giving it more presence compared to the base model. The double 5-spoke wheels are finished in a contrasting matte grey, giving them a bold feel. It appears to have been manufactured based on the previous model with partial changes through the headlamp and bumper design. In fact, it is expected to be sold based on the design of a partially modified model.

The interior features two-tone black and orange colors. The overall configuration doesn’t appear to be much different from the base GV80. Compared to the current model, a sense of luxury has been added to the material and finish, and a unique grid pattern has been added to the interior of the seats and center console to distinguish it. The driver’s side door trim has a Twilight lettering badge emphasizing the limited production of 20 units.
In the case of performance, it is understood that there are almost no differentiating factors apart. However, in the post-Twilight GV80 custom production program, it is expected that parts related to driving performance, such as powertrain and transmission, will be able to be modified according to customer requests.

The Genesis GV80 Twilight will be sold in limited quantities, mainly in the Middle East, where custom orders are in high demand. As high-quality materials and options are applied, the general expectation is that the price will exceed 100 million won. It has not been decided whether it will be released in Korea or not.
