Davis Cup: Germany Secures Back-to-Back Wins with 3-0 Victory Over Chile

In the first singles match, Matler outperformed Bella with a convincing 6:1, 6:3 win in 78 minutes, securing the first game for Germany. Hanfmann followed suit in the second singles match, defeating Tabilo in straight sets and further solidifying Germany’s lead. The doubles match saw the newly crowned US Open runner-up duo, Kravitz/Pitts, triumph over Bella/Soto with a 6:1, 6:3 victory, ultimately leading the German team to a 3:0 win.

German captain Coleman expressed his satisfaction with the team’s performance, stating, “All four players have demonstrated an exceptionally high level of skill. With six consecutive wins in the first two group matches, our chances of advancing are looking promising. Winning all six games was beyond my expectations, and we’re all thrilled with the outcome.”

The next match is scheduled for the 13th, with the United States facing off against Slovakia.
