According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Foreign Affairs Cho Tae-yeol, U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken, and Japanese Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa will attend the meeting. The three countries plan to review the implementation status of agreements reached at the Camp David Summit in August last year.
Key discussion topics will include North Korea issues, such as recent nuclear and missile threats, including the disclosure of a highly enriched uranium production facility and ballistic missile launch provocations. The meeting will also address North Korea-Russia military cooperation and other regional and global issues.
The trilateral meeting aims to strengthen cooperation and coordination among the three countries in addressing the evolving security landscape in the region and promoting peace and stability.
