Gravity launched the domestic closed beta test for its new MMORPG, Ragnarok Online Plus+, running from October 22 through October 29, 2026, dailian.co.kr reported. The test spans both PC and mobile platforms to examine core contents, service stability, and user feedback.
Platform Access and Parallel World Narrative
PC users can download the client directly from the official website for the test. Mobile participants can join through Google Play or Appleās TestFlight app distribution service, according to dailian.co.kr.
Ragnarok Online Plus+ focuses on the story of two worlds, Thor and Mani, originating from a fragment of Ymir’s Heart. The project was first unveiled at G-Star under the tentative title Ragnarok Online Project 1.5, introducing a darker and more hostile parallel world atmosphere distinct from the original game.
Convenience Features and Multi Platform Support
The title introduces automated hunting and a PC-specific widget designed to reduce the burden of play while retaining the core enjoyment of the original release. The PC widget allows players to check hunting status from the bottom of the screen even when the game window is minimized. Gravity is preparing the official commercial service for a multi-platform release across PC and mobile.
Test Rewards and Official Community Events
Participants receive daily attendance rewards during the test window. The eighth-day reward, an Angelic Band or Demonic Band selection box, will be delivered upon the official launch.
Additional testing incentives include rewards tied to cumulative play time and level milestones, alongside treasure hunt and boss summon events. The official community is hosting screenshot verification, bug reporting, and strategy-writing events, with participants selected by lottery to receive prizes after the official release.
We planned it so that both existing and new users can be satisfied by expanding the original-based worldview while adding newness,
said Lee Hee-soo, head of the Ragnarok Online Plus+ business team at Gravity, as reported by dailian.co.kr. We hope you will participate in the CBT and leave various opinions.
