He added: “I went to one of the influential figures in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at that time and explained the issue to him and told him that there were books on display and saying, ‘This artist has repented,’ so he approved of the idea. We wrote the letter and transferred it to the embassy in Morocco, and they advised her on the basis that she would come and she came with an Umrah visa and performed the Umrah, and then we completed the work.”
