After the so-called ‘internal gunfire’ texting crisis, the people’s power is getting louder over the leadership system.
In the midst of conflicts between the theory of leadership change that the acting system of Kwon Seong-dong could no longer endure and the claim that this would only increase confusion, Supreme Councilor Bae Hyun-jin resigned today.
There were many interpretations that it was a stepping stone for the overthrow of the Kwon Seong-dong system, but there was no additional Supreme Council member who resigned today.

The first meeting of the People’s Power Supreme Council was held after President Yoon Seok-yeol’s so-called ‘internal firing’ text was released.
Shortly after the meeting, Rep. Chin Yun-seok-yeol-gye Bae Hyun-jin announced that he would resign as the top committee member.

“You instilled in us a desire to do well with a lot of anticipation and hope, but it seems that we haven’t been able to satisfy the expectations of the people with a cool image for the next 80 days.”
If the resignation of the top members one after another becomes an emergency situation where the quorum is not met, it is aimed at the fact that the emergency response committee can be converted, and that voluntary resignation will open the door to non-captain discussions.
As if the next party runners-up immediately responded, they strengthened the theory of replacement of the ‘Kwon Seong-dong leadership’.
Rep. Kim Ki-hyeon on SNS said, “The party leadership has put a burden on the president who works hard” and pressured the need for emergency measures during an emergency period.

“If there is no trust, we will have to go to an early transfer. There is no other way.”
This is the foundation of his plan to become the party leader who wins the national convention to be held after two or three months of non-captaining and wins the right to be nominated in the next general election.
In addition, in a statement, some first-elected lawmakers directly hit Acting Kwon that the floor leader apologized three times in succession, and urged them to quickly switch to a non-captain system.
However, there was no further resignation of the Supreme Council member.

In the end, among the 9 seats of the Supreme Council, the party’s highest decision-making body, three seats, including Lee Jun-seok, were vacant.
