Homeland Security, 3 special charter fraud law cases are presented today.

The National Assembly’s Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee is proposing three proposals for the enactment of a special law to support compensation due to charter fraud at the plenary meeting today.

The government and the ruling party are promoting the ‘Special Law on Assistance to Jeonse Fraud Victims and Housing Stabilization’ on the initiative of Representative Kim Jung-jae, the ruling party secretary of the National Territorial Commission.

The special law of the government and the ruling party is implemented for a limited period of two years, and the key is to give the victim a preferential right to buy and provide financial support when a house damaged by charter fraud is being auctioned off.

In addition, if the victim does not want to buy a house, a plan was included to transfer the priority purchase right to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation and then use it as a public lease.

In addition, the Democratic Party of Korea promotes the “Special Law on Deposit Recovery and Housing Stability for Housing Tenants,” proposed by Representative Oh-seop Cho, as a party argument.

Unlike the government and ruling party bills, the two special bills contain content that requires bond-buying organizations such as Korea Asset Management Corporation to buy deposit-return bonds to support victims first .

On the 1st of next month, the National Territorial Commission intends to hold a National Land Legislation Review Sub-Committee to review the three special bills together, and then decide on them in a plenary meeting the next day.
