Amidst the tragedy of an earthquake that hit Qianjur, West Java, Indonesia, killing around 300 people, three newborn babies are born in a shelter, giving hope.

On the 25th (local time), local media such as Detic News reported that Mr. Dewi (38), who was full on the 22nd, gave birth to a healthy girl in an earthquake shelter.

According to reports, when the earthquake happened the day before, Mr Dewi left the house in a hurry and moved to a shelter tent with her husband. When labor pains started the next day, she moved to the local health center and gave birth to a healthy baby girl with the help of midwives. The mother is also in good health.

When the news spread, Ridwan Camille, the governor of West Java, visited Mr. Dewey congratulated him.

Detic News reported that ‘Geumpita Shalia Camille’ was given the name at Dewi’s request to name the child.
