Sanuki’s authentic Japanese udon special shop “Marukata Seimei” has remained popular among Hong Kong people since it opened a branch in Hong Kong in 2012, especially because you can eat authentic Japanese udon without having to “go back to the countryside”. ; and later Dongli, the Japanese parent company of “Marugame Noodles”, fully acquired “Tan Tsai Yunnan Rice Noodles” and “Tam Tsai Sango Rice Noodles” in mid-May and early December 2017 respectively, by made even more familiar to Hong Kong people.
