Actor T shares details of his role in Nanpakal Nereth Mayakkum. Suresh Babu. He said that the film has managed to create an unexpected movement and that is the genius of the director. He said while shooting, he thought it would be a serious film, but when he saw people laughing in the theatre, he felt there was so much humor in the film.
Suresh Babu spoke about Nanpakal in an interview conducted by Anna Kirti George for DoolNews. ‘I saw this film for the first time at IFFK. I was looking out for myself because of my love for myself. The film has managed to create a movement in a way that none of us expected. That is the genius of the director. Especially the film is the complete art of the director. His mind lies in him.
I don’t know if Mammouk himself knows the movie completely. That is the difference between theater and cinema. The play goes through the director’s interpretations but the actor is more important. The audience eats what the actor serves. This is not true. It is fully in the mind of the director. When I saw people laughing, I wondered if there was so much humor in it. During the filming, I thought it was a very serious film,’ says Suresh Babu.
Suresh Babu, who earlier gained attention with his role as Ammai Achan in the film Great Indian Kitchen, played the aunt and uncle of James played by Mammootty in Nanpakal. The film hit the theaters on January 19 and is getting a good response from the audience. S for the story of Lijo Jose Pellissery. Harish wrote the script and dialogues. The film was jointly produced by Mammootty’s company and Lijo’s Amen Monastery.
