‘I Live Alone’ Park Na-rae shed tears after four months of hard work.
In MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’ broadcast on the 26th, Palm Yuz was depicted challenging her body profile.
On this day, Palm Yuz went beyond the body profile and took a pictorial for the May issue of GQ Korea with Jeon Hyun-moo’s plan. Na-rae Park and Jang-woo Lee were devastated, saying, “Why didn’t you tell me that?”
However, Palm Yuz, who had been working on her body profile for four months, surprised viewers with her clearly changed appearance. Lee Jang-woo lost 22kg from 108kg and reached 86kg, and Park Na-rae also lost 6kg and reached 47kg. Jeon Hyun-moo also lost 13 kg and appeared at 71 kg.
The first filming was Na-rae Park. Na-rae Park said, “I felt a lot of pressure because they said that only if the first cut goes well, it will continue to go well,” and she looked nervous. Even before filming, she worked out to calm her nerves.

After all this time, I can only do this. “I was angry with myself,” he said, expressing regret.
