Islamabad ∙ After a gap of 60 years, the Indian tennis team arrived in Pakistan for the Davis Cup matches. The Indian High Commission welcomed the team in Islamabad. Before this, the Indian team played the match in Pakistan in 1964.
India won 4-0 that day. The non-playing captain Seeshan Ali, Ramkumar Ramanathan, Yuki Bhambri, N. Sriram Balaji, Niki Poonacha, Saket Maineni and the supporting staff are in the team. Regular captain Rohit Rajpal is not with the team due to personal reasons.
