Regarding the fact that the ruling party more or less rejected the arbitration offer proposed by National Assembly Speaker Jin-pyo Kim and passed the deadline for negotiations again, People’s Power Ho-young Joo said, “It’s hard to agree that good is good.”

At the internal countermeasures meeting today, Joo said, “The budget bill has passed the statutory deadline and passed the regular National Assembly, so there is no lack of impatience.

However, it is extremely difficult to accept in light of our principles and the national economy and financial situation.”

Representative Joo said, “The general government debt ratio in Korea was only 40.1% in 2017 when Moon Jae-in’s government was launched, but it was more than 50% in 5 years.” “We are asking to spend a lot of money on popular policies,” he pointed out.

Then, referring to the corporate tax arbitration proposal presented by National Assembly Speaker Kim Jin-pyo, he argued that “a mere 1% reduction is not enough to show that Korea is a competitive country for foreign investors and capital flows out of China. ”

Regarding spending the budget of the Police Department of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security and the Personnel Information Management Team of the Ministry of Justice as a reserve fund, he said, “The police department or the personnel agency operates legally, but if the budgets this is properly recognized, it does not recognize the trust of the government agency.” We cannot accept the stigma that makes the issue of authenticating public officials illegal.”

He added, “I hope you understand that we are doing this because what we are doing is to make the national finances sound and help future generations.”
