“Monster” follows the enigmatic and unconventional lawyer Ryoko Kannami, played by Shuri, who defies “common sense” and tackles her opponents by “eliminating emotions.” As she navigates the complexities of the Reiwa era, where the law often struggles to keep pace, Ryoko takes on court battles with a refreshing and unorthodox approach, treating them as if they were a game.

The newly released video showcases the “monster side” of three lawyers: Ryoko Kannami, an extraordinary “monster lawyer” who passed the bar exam on her first attempt as a high school student but didn’t enter the legal profession until now; Yoshihiro Sugiura, an elite lawyer from the University of Tokyo’s Faculty of Law who finds himself manipulated by monsters; and Haruaki Tsubukura, a mysterious lawyer with no restrictions, a perfect track record, and a connection to something dark, who also happens to be Ryoko’s missing father. This footage will make its terrestrial television debut tonight on “Mountain Doctor.”
