Andrews, 44, joined brentford’s coaching staff in July 2024 after a stint with Sheffield United. This prospect represents Andrews’ first potential managerial role. He previously served as assistant manager for the Republic of Ireland from 2020-23, earning 35 caps for his country as a midfielder.
