Korea Real Estate Agency, won the highest grade in customer satisfaction of public organizations for two consecutive years

Announcing the results of the ‘Public Organizations Customer Satisfaction Survey 2022’ conducted by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance

On the 12th, the Korea Real Estate Agency announced that it has been selected for the second consecutive year as the highest-rated ‘excellent’ organization in the ‘Public Organization Customer Satisfaction Survey 2022’ conducted by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.

The Public Organizations Customer Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey of customers who receive services to improve the quality of services provided by public organizations in accordance with the ‘Public Organizations Management Act’, and is reflected in the evaluation of organization management performance public in 2022.

This evaluation was carried out through a telephone survey and an on-site survey of 252 public institutions between January 20 and March 15 this year, and 51 institutions were evaluated as excellent, 113 average, and 81 unsatisfactory.

In the public corporation group that Korea Real Estate Agency belongs to, 5 excellent organizations, 9 average organizations, and 11 unsatisfactory organizations out of a total of 25 public corporations, and Korea Real Estate Agency received an excellent rating along with Korea Gas Corporation and Incheon International Airport Corporation.

In May last year, the Korea Real Estate Agency held an announcement ceremony for ‘User-Centered Management to Strengthen the Protection of Real Estate Users’ Rights’ and obtained the User-Centered Management (CCM) certification overseen by the Fair Trade Commission.

In addition, we are making various efforts for customer satisfaction, such as improving the disclosure work process through stronger communication and verification with local governments, expanding the opening of our DB and patents (actual transaction, subscription, DB building energy, etc.), and the introduction of a next generation compensation system through the establishment of an on-site survey APP continues
