A Korean college student in his 20s studying abroad in Japan has been arrested by local police on charges of sexually harassing a minor.
According to a report in the Sankei Shimbun on the 9th, the Nogata Police of the Japan Metropolitan Police Agency arrested A (23), a Korean international student, on charges of sexual harassment. Mr A is accused of committing indecent acts, such as stroking or touching the body of B, a middle school girl, for about an hour on January 26 in the flat in Nakano-ku, Tokyo, where he lived at the time.
It was known that Ms. B knows the woman Mr. Is coming for her. It was confirmed that Mr. A committed the crime when his girlfriend and Ms B visited his house. The investigation began when Ms B reported the damage to the police last February.
During the police investigation, Mr. And some of the accusations, saying, “It is true that I touched the victim’s breasts, but it was not intentional.”
