Yonhap News Agency reported that the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul confirmed the death, but refused to disclose the time and place where the body was found, saying only that no possibility of a crime was currently found.

According to industry insiders, Sinsadong Tiger was found unconscious in the studio by his friends. An ambulance was urgently called, but there was no way to save him. Sinsadong Tiger’s agency later confirmed the matter, but said it was still learning the details.

Born in 1983, Sinsadong Tiger’s real name is Lee Ho Yang. He is widely recognized for his lyrics and composition skills. He is also a well-known music producer in Korea. He is popular not only in Korea but also in Taiwan for his songs Bo Peep Bo Peep, a song by the Korean girl group T-ara. Apink’s NoNoNo, EXID’s Up & Down, etc. are all written by him.

When he was a teenager, Sinsadong Tiger dreamed of being a singer. He participated in auditions for about 4 years. Finally, in 2004, he entered an underground hip-hop brand and started his composing career. He successively wrote for representative Korean idol groups such as BEAST, 4Minute, and T-ara. He has released many popular songs and has become one of the top music producers in the Korean music scene. His annual copyright fees alone have reached hundreds of millions of won, and he has actively participated in various commercials, TV and radio programs.

Sinsadong Tiger founded his own agency in 2011 and launched the girl group EXID the following year. Although EXID was signed to other companies, many popular songs such as Up & Down, Ah Yeah, and DDD were still produced by Sinsadong Tiger. .

However, Sinsadong Tiger disclosed financial difficulties in 2017. Due to business debts and the inability to get back funds lent to other companies, he applied to the court for liquidation, and finally accepted a plan to repay 70% of the debt in 10 years.

He has continued to devote himself to the music career. His girl group TRI.BE includes two Taiwanese members. On the 20th, they just released a new song produced by Sinsadong Tiger.
