Kuwait airport fire: Civil aviation says air traffic has not been affected

Kuwait City: Fire at Kuwait International Airport. The fire broke out at the second terminal under construction at the airport. Authorities say the blaze spread to the first floor. The fire was brought under control after efforts by 150 officers from 6 fire brigades. However, no altercation was reported at the party, and no motive has been identified for the killings.

The extent of the damage at the airport is being estimated. Civil Aviation said the blaze did not affect air traffic, except for a few flights that were delayed.
