Land Revenue Department Concludes Inspection of MLA Mathew Kuzhalnathan’s Family Home Following Landfilling Allegations

The Land Revenue Department has concluded its inspection of MLA Mathew Kuzhalnathan’s family home in Paingotur. The inspection began at eleven in the morning and focused on the alleged soil filling on the land adjacent to the house. Officials from the revenue inspection department of Kothamangalam taluk conducted the inspection, and Taluk Surveyor Sajeesh MV will soon present a detailed report to the Tehsildar. Previously, there had been a dispute regarding the construction of a road leading to the MLA’s house. Local CPM leaders filed a vigilance complaint accusing the MLA of illegal landfilling, prompting the vigilance revenue department to conduct a survey as part of their investigation. The Land Revenue Department’s inspection of MLA Mathew Kuzhalnathan’s family home has ended. The reserve started at eleven in the morning at the family’s home in Paingotur. Earlier, a complaint was raised about the land adjacent to the house being filled with soil.

The inspection was conducted by the officials of revenue inspection department of Kothamangalam taluk. Taluk Surveyor Sajeesh MV will hand over the detailed report to Tehsildar soon. Earlier there was a dispute over the construction of the road to the MLA’s house.

Local CPM leaders filed a vigilance complaint against the MLA alleging illegal landfilling. The vigilance revenue department has been directed to carry out a survey while the investigation into this complaint is ongoing.
