“During the first two years of the ’14th Five Year Plan’, our province has achieved a significant 8.2% decrease in energy consumption intensity, surpassing the sequential increase by 2.1 percentage points. We have completed 54.8% of the increase, which provides strong support for our province’s high-quality development,” said Du Qing, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Shanxi Provincial Energy Bureau.
