While LG withdrew its mobile business, it has announced that it will continue to update some software, including the latest future OS, only for its smartphones.
This software update corresponds to the V50 following the LG smartphone V60, and the Android 12 update performed in June in Korea is officially applied overseas. The Android 12 global update was initially expected to be at the end of June, but it has been slightly delayed and the update will be provided from the beginning of July.
LG V50’s Android 12 update improves usability. Features for privacy protection, camera/microphone usage indication, location information indication, smartphone management, shortcut to lock icon, safety and emergency menu, etc. have been updated and added.
