WWE wrestler Liv Morgan ignited a feud with Nikki Garcia during Garcia’s return on Monday Night raw. The heated exchange took place June 9 as Garcia promoted the Evolution 2 PLE, an all-women wrestling event scheduled for July 13 in Atlanta.
Garcia, 41, praised the current WWE talent roster, prompting Morgan, 31, to enter the ring. Morgan accused Garcia of avoiding mentioning her due to jealousy. “You’re jealous of me because I have everything that you don’t: I have respect. I have a Championship, and I have a man!” Morgan saeid.
The confrontation followed Roxanne Perez eliminating Morgan from an earlier contest. Garcia reminded morgan of the defeat, leading Morgan to use her signature move, The ObLivion, on Garcia. This action teased a potential showdown at Evolution 2 PLE, increasing anticipation for the event.
Nikki Garcia, a WWE Hall of Fame inductee as 2020, made a surprise return at the 2025 women’s Royal Rumble in February. She last appeared in the ring at the 2022 Royal Rumble. Garcia and her twin sister, brie Garcia, retired from full-time wrestling in 2019.

Earlier this year, Garcia expressed her desire to return to WWE. “I miss being Nikki Bella. I miss being around that family. I definitely miss being in that ring,” Garcia said, noting the positive atmosphere and camaraderie among the women in the locker room.
Garcia shares a 4-year-old son, Matteo, with her former husband, Artem Chigvintsev. The couple finalized their divorce settlement three months after Garcia filed in August 2024, following domestic violence charges against Chigvintsev that were later dropped. Despite the divorce,Garcia stated that she and Chigvintsev are coparenting well.
“We are coparenting so amazing, and it makes Matteo’s life so amazing, and I don’t want it any other way,” she said.
