The newly unveiled Dacia Striker made its global debut at the Paris Motor Show, entering the C-segment with a unique hybrid crossover design produced exclusively in Turkey. Dimensions and Body Architecture of the Bursa Production
Measuring 4,62 metres in length, the Striker blends three distinct automotive categories into a single hybrid body style. According to tr.motor1.com, the model fuses the high seating position and muscular stance of an SUV, the generous cargo capacity of a station wagon, and the sleek silhouette of a sedan.
CNN Türk noted that the vehicle offers up to 602 litres of baggage volume, directly targeting large families and long-distance drivers. CNN Türk also reported that the model is expected to go on sale in Turkey in December 2026, with European markets taking pre-orders starting from 23.5 thousand Euros.
Powertrain Options and Emissions Targets
Buyers can choose from three distinct power units housed beneath the hood. tr.motor1.com detailed that the entry-level Mild Hybrid-G 140 pairs a gasoline and LPG dual-fuel technology with a mild hybrid architecture and a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. For greater power, the Hybrid 155 is available, while rough terrain users can select the four-wheel-drive Hybrid 150 4×4.
The Hybrid 155 variant delivers a combined fuel consumption of 4,2 litres per 100 kilometres alongside a CO₂ emission level of 95 grams per kilometre, tr.motor1.com stated. Furthermore, tr.motor1.com reported that all motor options for the Striker are targeted to remain within Turkey’s tax-exempt sales limits.
Broader Renault Group Premieres in Paris
Alongside the Striker, Dacia hosted the world premiere of the second-generation Spring. As reported by tr.motor1.com, the new Spring is now manufactured in Europe, sustaining the brand’s accessible electric vehicle strategy and forming the foundation for an expanded EV family through 2030.
