The “Regulations on the Procedures of National Security Organs for Handling Criminal Cases” has 11 chapters and 360 articles, including general principles, jurisdiction, avoidance, participation of lawyers in criminal cases, evidence, coercive measures, filing cases, dismissal, investigation, implement penalties, special procedures, and supplementary provisions.
