Suspect in Sexual Assault Case Appears for Warrant Review

Seoul – Mr. Choi, a man in his 30s suspected of viciously attacking and sexually assaulting a woman on a hiking trail near a park in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, was seen leaving the Seoul Gwanak Police Station to undergo a warrant review on the afternoon of August 19th.
Authorities are investigating the incident where the victim was indiscriminately assaulted, and have taken this matter seriously. The suspect is now facing legal proceedings as the warrant review takes place.
