[디지털투데이 AI리포터] IT media The Verge reported on the 18th (local time) that Microsoft (MS) is preparing to integrate Teams meeting notifications into the Windows 11 Start menu.

Microsoft recently tested a new version of Windows 11 that includes Teams meeting notifications in the Foreground section of the Start menu. The company is also reportedly testing a way to instantly access new photos and screenshots on Android devices.

Teams meeting notifications appear alongside the regular list of recommended and recently used files in the Start menu and are not displayed to non-corporate users on Windows 11.

Another Microsoft feature is for Android smartphone users. Microsoft is improving smartphone integration with Windows 11 and is testing a feature that will instantly create a notification on your PC when you take a photo or screenshot on your Android device. This feature, which can also be modified and shared, is a feature announced by Microsoft in Windows 11 in 2023 and is an improvement over the feature previously called remote dial-up takeover.

Media reports had predicted that it would take anywhere from a few weeks to several months before new features, such as Teams meeting notifications and integration with Android devices, would be delivered to Windows 11 users.
