He will then depart for Croatia.
This marks Modi’s first visit to Canada as 2015 and India’s 12th participation in G7 Outreach Sessions. Sources indicate that efforts are underway to maximize bilateral engagements during the summit. A formal meeting with U.S.President Donald Trump remains uncertain, while a potential meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is also being considered.
