The Japanese website Sanrio Character Ranking integrates the popularity of Sanrio characters through referendums every year. In 2021, the three characters with the highest overall rankings are Cinnamoraoll Cinnamon Dog, Pompompurin Dog, and Pochacco.
A total of 26.46 million netizens voted this year. Who is the most popular king? The cinnamon dog continued to win the championship with 2.89 million votes; the pudding dog won the second place with 2.35 million votes.
