Google’s “Phone”, “Messages” and “Contacts” app icons have been updated to new ones. All are united to look like two overlapping blue icons.
This has been announced since last month, and it is spreading gradually, and when I noticed it, the terminal icon at hand was updated due to the application update.

This is also a change made to unify the look and design of other Google apps. Also, since “conversation” is not something that is done alone, it is something that is done by multiple people, so this icon was created by overlapping them.

The Chi Material theme icon is also supported, and its appearance has also been changed.
If your apps have been updated automatically, you may be surprised to find an app icon you don’t recognize. Don’t worry, these icons have just been updated by Google.
