The Kaohsiung City Health Bureau received an official document from the Yunlin County Health Bureau on the afternoon of February 19, notifying the chili powder produced by the Douliu Factory of Jisheng Co., Ltd. under its jurisdiction that Sudan Red Pigment No. 3 was detected. This batch of products totaled 1,737 kilograms and flowed into Taipei.
