By utilizing urban parks and squares as venues, the “Night Market Recruitment” initiative aims to provide a relaxed environment for job seekers to explore job opportunities while enjoying the park facilities.

To cater to the diverse needs of job seekers, including college graduates, Bijie City plans to increase the frequency of recruitment activities in the night market. These activities will be held regularly from 19:00 to 22:00 on the second and fourth Friday of each month, excluding extreme weather conditions.

Bijie City has also embraced technological advancements in the job market by creating 9 odd job markets. These markets connect employers and job seekers online, simplifying the job search process through touch screen access.
