Press reports revealed that Paris Saint-Germain is trying with all its might to prevent its star, Kylian Mbappe, from leaving the club at the end of the current season, as is the case with every contract renewal period, in light of the Spanish Real Madrid’s desire to obtain his services during the upcoming summer transfer market.

According to the French network “90min”, Paris Saint-Germain will offer its star Kylian Mbappe a new contract in order to convince him to stay with the team during the coming period.
The report indicated that the Parisian club’s offer includes three benefits, the first of which is granting Mbappe an annual salary worth 70 million euros, the second is granting him a loyalty bonus worth 80 million euros in addition to the salary, and finally approving his participation in the 2024 Paris Olympics, which will be held simultaneously with the start of the new season.
Previous press reports had indicated that Mbappe had received an offer from the Spanish club Real Madrid, but with financial terms less than those presented by the Royal Club, during the summer of 2022, when Mbappe backed down and renewed his contract with the Parisian club.
In another context, Mbappe said after the victory over Real Sociedad: “It is normal for us to face the visitors in this way because in the Champions League, we succeeded in scoring two goals and keeping our own goal. It is important that I help my team. We will try to go there and secure qualification.”
He added: “In the first half, we faced difficulties in getting out of their pressure. We had to show more personality and be better, but this is part of this team’s learning, and we did not pay a heavy price for that today.”
