For Arizona, the loss halted a six-game winning streak. Despite the defeat, the Diamondbacks remain in contention for the third National League wild-card berth, standing one game behind the Philadelphia Phillies with the tiebreaker advantage heading into the final day of the regular season on Sunday. During Saturday’s game, Gabriel Moreno went 1-for-3 with a run batted in and a walk, bringing his batting average to .311.
