Paris Saint-Germain is champion of the French League for the 12th time in its history

Paris, April 28 (BNA): Paris Saint-Germain won the French Football League title for the third time in a row, and the twelfth in its history, three rounds before the end of the season.

Paris Saint-Germain won the title after its direct competitor, Monaco, lost on Sunday to Lyon, 2-3, in the 31st round of the competition.

Yesterday, Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain tied against Le Havre 3-3.

With Monaco’s loss, the gap between it and Paris Saint-Germain widened to 12 points, 3 rounds before the end, as Paris Saint-Germain leads the standings with 70 points, followed by Monaco with 58 points in second place.
