Park Hang-seo and Shin Tae-yong “Let’s go together, Suzuki Cup quarterfinals”

The Vietnam national football team, led by coach Park, started off freshly by beating Laos 2-0 in the first leg of the Suzuki Cup Group B held at Bishan Stadium in Singapore on the 6th. Vietnam won the 2018 tournament for the first time in 10 years and their second career since 2008 under Park’s leadership. The Suzuki Cup, which was scheduled to be held last year, was postponed due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), but started on the 5th.

The Suzuki Cup consists of 10 teams divided into two groups. Groups 1 and 2 advance to the quarterfinals. Vietnam and Indonesia will face off on the 15th.
