Transferee Exchange Meeting at Hiroshima Prefectural Animal Welfare Center

Are you a dog owner who adopted from our center? We invite you to join our transferee exchange meeting, a fantastic opportunity to interact with fellow dog owners and share experiences. You’re welcome to brag about your furry friend, exchange information on care products, and discuss fun spots to play with your dog. We’ll also have games and activities you can enjoy with your dog. Who knows, you might even meet a sibling dog!

Our center staff will be on hand to address any concerns or questions you may have. This event is a great way to build a community of dog lovers and create lasting memories with your pet.

Hiroshima Prefectural Animal Welfare Center, Bluev training room and whitefox Fureai Park

Capacity

6 groups (first come, first served)

Participation Requirements

To participate, you must be the owner or family member of a dog adopted from our center. If you’re bringing your dog, please ensure:

  • The dog was adopted from our center.
  • Registration and vaccination based on the Rabies Prevention Act have been carried out.
  • Age-appropriate vaccinations (5 types or more) have been administered.
  • The dog is in good health and not in heat.
  • The dog does not exhibit aggression toward other dogs or people.

Owners can participate without their dogs, and families are welcome to join in.

What to Bring

Please bring the following items:

  • Collar with license tag and injection tag, and leash
  • Snacks and water, along with tableware
  • Toilet goods (plastic bags, etc.)
  • A carry or crate for your dog
  • Love and care for your dog
