Pittsburgh Pirates reliever Dennis Santana has been suspended for four games and fined an undisclosed amount following an incident with a fan during Thursday’s game against the Detroit Tigers, Major League Baseball announced Friday. The incident occurred during the second game of a doubleheader at Comerica Park.
