Entering the field of education
According to information from PV. VietNamNet, in addition to the two companies mentioned above, in the past 3 years, runner-up Thien Ly has been contributing capital to establish or own 6 other related businesses.
Specifically, at Saigon Universe Joint Stock Company, which has owned the copyright of the Miss Universe Vietnam contest for the past 15 years, runner-up Thien Ly is a founding shareholder and owns 85% of the capital.
Runner-up Thien Ly is also a founding shareholder of Rong Ngoc Joint Stock Company, with a capital contribution of 400 billion VND, equivalent to 80% of charter capital. This company was established in 2016, initial charter capital is 500 billion VND. The company’s main business lines are consulting, brokerage, real estate auctions, and land use rights auctions.
Currently, runner-up Thien Ly has divested all capital at Rong Ngoc Joint Stock Company.

With the above business line, runner-up Thien Ly also owned 99.94% of the capital contribution at Pacific Dragon Company Limited. Established in 1999, the founding shareholder holding 99.67% of the initial capital contribution of this company is Mr. Nguyen Quoc Toan – runner-up Thien Ly’s husband.
By 2013, before transferring all capital contributions at Pacific Dragon Co., Ltd. to others, runner-up Thien Ly owned 99.94% of the capital. In 2015, this enterprise announced that it holds 14.26% of the charter capital of Nam A Bank.
Runner-up Thien Ly used to own Quoc Anh NT Co., Ltd., a business established in 2012, headquartered in the city. Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province and the main industry is building houses of all kinds.
In addition to real estate, runner-up Thien Ly also entered the field of education when contributing capital to establish Wisdomland Education Company Limited in 2016. This business owns a system of 5 international preschools in Ho Chi Minh City. Runner-up Thien Ly still holds 50% of the capital contribution at Wisdomland.
