Prithviraj reacts to the comparisons between Salaar and KGF 2. Prithviraj said that within ten minutes of watching Salaar, the audience will forget about the comparisons. Prithviraj said that the scale of Salar is huge and KGF is dwarfed in front of it. He was speaking in an interview given to News 18.
“I understand the comparisons between Salar and KGF2. I am a big fan of Prashant Neel. I never expected such a movie from him. Within ten minutes of watching Salaar, the audience will forget all comparisons. Salary is much more than KGF. Its scale is huge. KGF is outweighed by Salary.
I still remember coming to the set of Salaar. Then I felt like a dwarf myself. I think the audience will get the same feeling when they watch this movie in theaters.
I told Prashant Neel that the world of Salar is like Game of Thrones. So is the drama and character building in Salaar. Salaar is an action entertainer with great action sequences and hero promotions. But what I like the most is the intense drama part of this film,’ says Prithviraj.
Salaar will release on December 22. After the second part of KGF, the audience has high hopes for the film directed by Prashant Neel. Shruti Haasan is the female lead in the Prabhas starrer. Other stars are Jagapathi Babu and Ishwari Rao.
Salar comes to Kerala from Magic Frames and Prithviraj Productions, who have released KGF, Kantara and Dhoom Homballe Films in Kerala.
