The leader of the Proud Boys, Ethan Nordian, has been handed a sentence of 18 years in prison. Nordian was found guilty of conspiracy charges, specifically for his role in orchestrating the events that transpired on that fateful day. Dominic Pezola: 10 Years in Prison

Another member of the Proud Boys, Dominic Pezola, who did not hold a leadership position within the group, has also faced legal consequences for his actions. Pezola was charged with hindering prosecution and assaulting police officers during the Capitol attack. Reportedly, as he exited the courtroom, he shouted the words, “Trump won.” Pezola has been sentenced to serve a decade in prison.

To date, over 1,100 individuals have been arrested in connection with the assault on the Capitol. Among them, more than 630 individuals have pled guilty, and 110 individuals have been found guilty in trials related to the incident.
