Prudential Life Insurance held the 1st Green Star Keeper Initiation Ceremony

Prudential Life Insurance announced on the 31st that it would hold the launching ceremony of the first Green Star at the Prudential Tower in Seoul.

In March, Prudential Life Insurance recruited a customer panel to expand communication with customers and realize financial consumer protection, and selected a total of 107 green stars. Among them, MZ Star Keeper representing the MZ Generation and professional Star Keeper representing VIP customers are operated as project groups.

MZ Star Keeper was composed of applicants with outstanding ideas among applicants who performed the website design and UX/UI improvement project. Initially, it was planned to recruit 10 people, but after enthusiastic participation, 14 people were finally selected. The professional star keeper was selected from among VIP customers who showed high interest in insurance services after being recommended by the star Wealth Manager.

On this day, 14 MZ star keepers and 10 professional star keepers attended the launching ceremony, and Prudential Life Insurance CEO Min Ki-sik gave a congratulatory speech, awarding a letter of appointment, and a commemorative photo shoot.

After the inauguration ceremony, MZ Star Keepers freely exchange opinions on the topic of omni subscription, and professional star keepers begin their full-fledged activities under the theme of new products. They plan to create a platform for active exchange of opinions by performing tasks on various topics and attending online and offline meetings.

An official from Prudential Life Insurance said, “In line with the recent changes in the insurance industry, we have established a customer panel system to listen to the opinions of various customers, from the MZ generation who are familiar with the digital environment to VIP customers who want to target the wealthy market.” We will take the lead in practicing customer-centered management together with Green Star Ziggi as the name of the customer panel includes ‘Zigi’, which means friend of the Lord.”
