Ubisoft Entertainment announced that Crystal Guard, the new content for Year 6 Season 3 of its tactical multiplayer FPS game, Tom Clancys Rainbow Six Siege, has been officially applied in the game.
Crystal Guard features a new operator and various feature updates, including map rework, that further enhance the immersion of the game. In particular, players can enjoy Rainbow Six Siege and new content for free through the Ubisoft free play event from the 9th to the 12th.
Crystal Guard is joined by a new operator, Osa. Osa, an attacking operator from a Croatian military engineer, can use the Talon-8 Clear Shield, an invisible bulletproof shield, to put pressure on the opposing team at the forefront of her team’s attack. Osa uses a 556 Xl, PDW9 as her primary weapon and a PMM as her secondary weapon. Players will also be able to encounter the newly revamped Bank, Coastline and Clubhouse maps. This season, players will also get access to the new Battle Pass, which includes 100 tiers, 133 rewards, and a variety of free and premium tracks. In particular, the Battle Point Booster is introduced for the first time in this Battle Pass, allowing players to acquire 20% additional Battle Points in-game at any time they want.
