Record-breaking early summer heat hits Korea as rain approaches – latest weather update

Daytime temperatures will drop significantly compared to today, reaching 20 degrees in Seoul and 14 degrees in Gangneung.

The rain will mostly stop early Sunday, but may continue into the evening in Yeongdong, Gangwon and southern regions.
