Red Velvet member Wendy secured first place in a public popularity poll asking participants which female singer they would most want to walk alongside on a ginkgo tree-lined autumn path, tenasia.co.kr reported on October 13, 2026.

Public Poll Results And Top Rankings For Autumn Walks

The online survey ran from October 5 through October 12, 2026, on the tenasia.co.kr platform.

Girls’ Generation member Yuri placed second in the survey. Yuri recently concluded her long-standing exclusive personal contract with SM Entertainment in late August 2026, though she plans to continue her group activities with Girls’ Generation. She continues her individual activities across dramas and variety shows, recently revealing her life in Jeju on MBC’s I Live Alone and promoting with Hyoyeon and Sooyoung as part of the Girls’ Generation unit Hyorisu.

Carmen of Hearts2Hearts rounded out the top three in third place. Hearts2Hearts released their second mini-album, Lemon Tang, in June 2026, surpassing 590,000 sales in its first week to record the group’s first half-million seller, and subsequently pursued follow-up activities with the b-side track 15-LOVE. Carmen also won the K World Dream Solo Popularity Award, determined by fan votes, at the 2026 K World Dream Awards held in August.

Wendy Active Through Music Radio And Fan Concerts

Wendy’s first-place finish follows a busy release and broadcast schedule. In August 2026, she returned with Red Velvet’s new mini-album, Velvet Summer, marking a full-group comeback approximately two years and two months after their previous release.

The group promoted the title track Surfin’ Boy following fan concerts that sold out completely, including added dates. Outside of group releases, Wendy has hosted the SBS PowerFM radio program Wendy’s Young Street since August 2024.
