Who receives the Automatic Family Subsidy?
The Automatic Family Subsidy will be delivered for each boy, girl or teenager (cause of the benefit) that meet the following requirements:
Be under 18 years of age. Boys and girls up to 8 years old must participate in the health programs established by the Ministry of Health for child care. Boys and girls over 6 years of age must prove that they are regular students of basic, secondary, higher or other equivalent education, in establishments of the State or recognized by it, except if they are people with disabilities. Not have an income equal to or greater than the value of the Family Subsidy (the orphan’s pension is not considered income for these purposes). Belong to the 40% most vulnerable according to the Socioeconomic Qualification of the Social Household Registry. Not having recognition in Family Allowance or Family Subsidy, nor receiving Disability Subsidy for minors under 18 years of age.
