As Collabo, which has been available using an online video conferencing platform, is released as an extension for Android, iOS mobile apps and Google Chrome browser, service accessibility and convenience is expected to increase further.

Collaboration apps that provide recording functionality can be installed from the two major markets, ‘Google Play Store’ and ‘Apple App Store’. As soon as the Chrome browser extension is installed via the ‘Chrome Web Store’, a dedicated icon is created in the top right corner of the browser, and when the icon is clicked, the screen and sound are recorded. The collaboration app service and the chrome extension program are dedicated services for recording and recording, and the content that is converted to text can be checked instantly through the collaboration web page.

Recorded and recorded video can be viewed along with the content converted to text on a single screen. If there is a part of the meeting that you want to check again, you can find it easily and quickly by using the search function without having to play the audio or video file from beginning to end.

In addition, if you click on the participant’s conversation that has been converted to text, the audio or video file section at the time of mention is played, allowing you to listen to the content you you want to check it or see it again.

Collaboration is more useful when holding an important meeting that is very likely to be directly related to sales performance, or when there is a need to obtain business performance based on the content of the meeting, as it enables faster review and monitoring of meeting content. In fact, about 30 companies participating in the closed beta test all have sales teams, and collaboration was used to increase sales and achieve practical results.
