Adobe Unveils Firefly Video Model and Updates Creative Cloud Video Products

Adobe has announced the early release of the Adobe Firefly Video model, a generative AI model specialized for video editing, as well as updates to its Adobe Creative Cloud video products.

Key Features of Adobe Firefly Video Model

• Text to Video Generation: Generate videos from text prompts and access a range of camera controls, including angle, movement, and zoom, to fine-tune your video.
• Image to Video Generation: Transform still images and illustrations into vibrant, live-action clips.
• Generation Extension: A new Adobe Firefly feature integrated into Adobe Premiere Pro that lets you add missing frames to the beginning or end of a clip to extend a scene by a short distance.

Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta)

• Integration with Adobe Substance 3D: As Adobe After Effects expands its 3D capabilities, it also enhances its workflow with Adobe Substance 3D. The combination of these tools significantly improves the visual quality and output of the Adobe After Effects 3D toolset.

The new features announced for Adobe Premiere Pro are in beta, while the new features for Adobe After Effects are currently available in the retail version.
