Rise to the Occasion: Unlock the Secret to a Delicious Milk Loaf with Just 2 Simple Ingredients
Simple Dairy Bread Recipe
Dairy bread is a delicious and easy-to-make bread that requires only two ingredients: self-rising flour and whole milk.
If you don’t have self-raising flour available, you can make it yourself by adding one teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt to 100 grams of smooth flour. Simply adapt this recipe to the required amounts of self-raising flour.
To make the bread, mix self-raising flour with whole milk until you get a smooth dough. Place the dough in a loaf pan and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
This bread is perfect for sandwiches, serving with stew, or enjoying on its own with a little butter.
